What does it mean to be a T3 Scholar after high school?

While T3 is committed to helping you choose the right path after high school with confidence, we are equally committed to ensuring you have the support needed to help you to and through your postsecondary experience. "Postsecondary" means any education after high school. That's right, our goal is to get you to the finish line -- be it a credential, two-year and/or four-year degree.

This page is a one-stop-shop for all information related to your T3 Scholar experience after high school. Visit it often and we are here if you have questions. Email us at to learn more any time.

Maybe you feel a credential program is the best fit for you. If so, check out the many options at Tarrant County College (TCC), from welding to becoming a dental assistant! If you are eligible, T3's Last Dollar Scholarships, which cover tuition, will support you when pursuing a technical or trade certificate, too.

Partner Colleges & Universities

I'm going to a T3 Partner College or University, what can I expect?

The above institutions believe in YOU! They are committed to your success and are working closely with the T3 College & Career Success Team to build strong support programs so you are academically, socially, and financially prepared for college. Click their logos above to learn more.

Here's what you can expect when attending a T3 partner college or university:

  • Scholarships: For eligible scholars, T3 offers financial support to assist with tuition and other academic-related expenses. Check out the scholarships page to learn more.
  • Mentorship: Opportunities to connect with community mentors, industry professionals, T3 staff, and partner college/university faculty and staff through a virtual platform called T3 Connect.
  • Bridge Programming: It is required that you attend your college or university's "bridge" or "transition" program before your first semester. Your institution will contact you directly via the email you provided in your admissions application with more information, including on where to register. Components related to T3's Bridge Program, no matter what partner college/university you attend, will be sent via the personal email you provided when taking the T3 Pledge.
  • College Persistence Coaching & Resources: To "persist" means to keep going, even if you meet setbacks or challenges. College is not always easy, but with the right guidance, support, and resources you can and will be successful. No matter what T3 partner college or university you attend, there are dedicated points of contact to serve as the "go to" people for your questions. Some institutions have specific persistence programs for you. As a T3 Scholar, you are expected to participate. Not because it is another thing to do, but because with T3 scholarships and supports, comes commitment from you, too. We're in this together.
  • Exclusive T3 Scholar Events + Leadership Development Opportunities
  • Transfer Support: If you plan to attend TCC and transfer to a T3 partner university, we will be with you to and through your transition as well. Stay tuned for more information.
