Sr. Manager of Corporate Growth Strategy

T3 is seeking a Sr. Manager of Corporate Growth Strategy who will lead the T3 workforce pipeline initiatives by working with internal team members and external partners to connect students completing degrees and credentials with family-sustaining wage job opportunities, internships and apprenticeships. This position will establish and lead T3’s internal corporate pipeline strategy and leverage and expand external corporate and education partnership connections. This position will serve as the primary point of contact for Tarrant County workforce boards and chambers of commerce engagement in the workforce pipeline strategy. Provide support to the Mayor’s Council and T3 in hosting corporate and job readiness Impact Network convenings to provide strategy updates, deepen the alignment between industry needs and education training, grow industry and community partners posting open entry-level positions on the T3 Pathways to Careers platform.

Postsecondary Pathways Associate

Tarrant to & Through is seeking an Associate of Postsecondary Pathways. The Associate of Postsecondary Pathways will envision, plan and steward the Tarrant To & Through Scholar and family experience during students’ 9-12 education. Through collaboration with members of the T3 Postsecondary Pathways teams, district staff and non-profit organizations, this role will provide relevant, timely communication to support students and their families on a path to achieving their desired postsecondary pathway.
