Director of Mentorship and Workforce Development

The Director of Mentorship and Workforce Development is responsible for facilitating, developing, managing, and evaluating strategic partnerships within the Tarrant To & Through Partnership network that provide students the opportunity to build a professional network and develop skills needed in today’s workforce. This position will work with local business leaders, school and district leaders, community leaders, state & national organizations, and T3 staff to design a mentorship and workforce skill development continuum for the students T3 supports on their journey towards a postsecondary credential and economic prosperity.

Senior Director of Strategy & Growth

The Senior Director, Strategy and Growth will serve as an integral member of the T3 leadership team, charged with leading the T3 expansion efforts and strategy by leveraging new community, higher ed, school district and business partnerships with individuals and organizations to expand T3’s program model across Tarrant County. This person will work directly with the Sr. Director of Education Strategic Initiatives, Director of Analytics, Director of Mentoring & Workforce Development and other program directors. The Senior Director, Strategy and Growth will implement the strategic growth plan, manage program design and development through MOU/contract execution with new and existing partners, and serve as an additional layer of support for T3 Directors and Managers.

Associate of Postsecondary Advising

The Associate of Postsecondary Advising will directly support students and their families at a T3 partner high school to plan and pursue a postsecondary credential leading to economic prosperity. Through collaboration with members of the T3 Postsecondary Pathways teams, school-based staff and non-profit organizations, this role supports a prioritized group of 10-12th grade students in determining career aspirations, selecting possible pathways after high school and coaching them on milestones/benchmarks they need to meet to set them up for success. Please note that qualified candidates will be invited to participate in a 60 minute Zoom interview on either Thursday, September 8th or Friday September 9th.

Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant provide high-level administrative support to T3’s Executive Director to ensure she can efficiently accomplish key tasks and company initiatives. This person will keep the executive’s communications organized so that she can easily access the most important information without having to sort through every item. The Executive Assistant will work with the Ops Associate and Development Associate to welcome all office visitors and determine what level of support they need while offering polite, professional customer service. They will manage the ED’s daily calendar, including scheduling meetings, confirming appointments, writing itineraries, reserving meeting rooms, planning meetings and collecting resources for team and board level meetings.

Director of Technology & Data

The Director of Technology & Data will lead, manage, and support the design and implementation of information technology systems to track high school students’ progress to and through post-secondary pathways. The position will coordinate and work through the technical implementation of technology platforms with multiple stakeholders including Tarrant County school districts, two and four-year universities, and other community stakeholders. T3’s underlying technology platforms have case management capabilities, messaging/communication functionality, data transfer with existing education systems, and end user-interface. This position will play a key role in ensuring that T3 realizes its vision of increasing post-secondary enrollment and completion.

Through collaboration with school district leaders and non-profit organizations, this role will provide relevant, timely communication to support schools in their effort to ensure students and their families enroll in a postsecondary pathway with confidence.

Systems Analyst

Tarrant To & Through (T3) is seeking a Systems Analyst who is self-directed, passionate about student outcomes, and excited about working in a start-up environment. This person will leverage their expertise in the information technology field to support company IT systems in the tracking and analyzing of student outcomes data, as well as maintain information technology systems and provide operational support. The position will coordinate and work through the technical implementation of technology platforms including but not limited to Salesforce, SignalVine, Amazon (AWS) SFTP Server, and a DataETL platform across multiple stakeholders including K-12 public school districts, 2- and 4-year universities, and other community stakeholders. The position will assist in the data collection from these stakeholders and the eventual analysis of that data to inform company strategy and decision making.
