What is a T3 "First Dollar" Scholarship?

The T3 First Dollar Scholarship is $250 a semester ($500 per year) that may be used on any academic or emergency related expenses, applied before any other financial aid is applied and funds are disbursed directly to the student, not through your university. In other words, first dollar scholarships come first and the amount does not change even if you receive other state, federal, or institutional aid. T3 First Dollar eligibility and funding are completely facilitated through T3. Eligible students who are awarded the T3 First Dollar scholarship may continue receiving funding for up 8 consecutive semesters or the completion of an undergraduate degree.
