A T3 Last Dollar Scholarship covers any remaining tuition costs after all Pell grants and/or other federal, state, or institutional aid have been applied. In other words, last dollar scholarships cover the gap -- any last dollars needed to cover the student's tuition.
Housing, books, and other fees are not included.
