T3 Ambassador Program Highlights

The T3 Ambassador Program offers students the opportunity to grow as a professional while serving their community and fellow T3 Scholars through engagement, support, learning, and networking.

Job Details & Responsibilities

  • T3 Ambassadors work on a 10-month contract (August-May).
  • T3 Ambassador program is only available at 4-Year Partner Universities​​. TCC Scholar? See link below.
  • T3 Ambassadors receive pay at $12/per hour.
  • T3 Ambassadors must work a minimum of 15 hours & no more than 25 hours a month​.
  • The number of T3 Ambassadors varies per institution.​


T3 Ambassadors serve and foster community among T3 Scholars through...

  • Weekly T3 Ambassador assignments
  • Monthly T3 Ambassador required meetings
  • T3 scholar communications, including our newsletters, texts, T3 GroupMe and T3 Connect engagement.
  • T3 Ambassador-led events, including scholar meet ups, community engagement, and community service events.
  • Answering questions, mentoring, leading, and supporting fellow T3 Scholars, younger T3 students, and T3 families.

T3 Scholar Requirements

To apply, T3 Scholars must meet the following requirements:

  • T3 Scholars who completed all T3 Pledge requirements in high schools.
  • Any classification of T3 Scholars (Freshman-Seniors).
  • Must be actively enrolled at a T3 4-year partner college/university (not applicable for TCC students, as TCC offers a T3 Peer Mentor position).
  • Must have a minimum of 2.0 GPA at their institution and remain in good academic standing while holding the position.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to T3’s mission and desire to serve as campus spokesperson.
  • Demonstrate positive leadership, communication, and time management skills.
  • Successfully submit the completed application by the required deadline and engage in the follow up interview and hiring process.
  • Positively represent their educational institution and the T3 Program.
  • Priority consideration will be given to students who do not have competing job responsibilities.
  • Priority consideration will be given to students who are enrolled in 15 hours or less.

T3 CONNECT

T3 Ambassador Program Cycle

T3 Ambassadors will work on a 10-month basis from August-May. Only T3 Senior Ambassadors will be able to work the summer months of June-July. The T3 Ambassador Program will offer positions for new T3 Scholars to take advantage of each year. T3 Ambassadors who successfully serve for one year may either choose to return or apply for the T3 Senior Ambassador Program.

T3 Senior Ambassador Position Details

The T3 Senior Ambassador Program is only available for T3 Ambassador Alumni (T3 Scholars who have successfully served as a T3 Ambassador for at least one year)

  • T3 Senior Ambassadors work on a 11-month contract (August-July).
  • T3 Senior Ambassadors receive pay at $17/per hour.
  • T3 Senior Ambassadors must work a minimum of 20 hours & no more than 30 hours a month​.
  • T3 Alumni have the opportunity to apply for the T3 Senior Ambassador position any subsequent year after they serve as a T3 Ambassador.​
